Services
Northline Detail provides mobile car detailing services in the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota. Our services include, but are not limited to:
• Initial Deep Detail — a comprehensive first-visit detailing service required before enrolling in a maintenance plan.
• Maintenance Detail — recurring detailing service for clients on an ongoing schedule.
• Add-on Services — supplemental treatments such as pet hair removal, stain treatment, and other specialty services.
Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic coverage area. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a booking inquiry and our written or verbal confirmation. We ask that you provide accurate vehicle and location information at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Access Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided at the time of booking and is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described at booking.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
Satisfaction and Liability
We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of every detail. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Limitation of Liability: Northline Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects to your vehicle. We take care to document vehicle condition before beginning work. Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Northline Detail and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
Privacy
